Course Description
This On-Line Occupational Health and Safety Course has been designed to help employers and other persons to be in compliance with the Industrial and Construction Act and Regulations, as set out by the Ministry of Labour. This course will when completed give you a full understanding of your responsibilities when acting as employer, contractor, subcontractor, supervisor, owner, supplier, licensee, officer of a corporation and workers. By the end of this course participants will provide the student with a complete understanding of your responsibilities when acting as employer, contractor, subcontractor, supervisor, owner, supplier, and licensee, officer of a corporation or as a worker.

Testing
Quizzes - All quizzes must be passed with a 70% to proceed forward to the next lesson.
Final Exam- Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course. The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
